Who you are:

As the country-based Change and Communication coordinator, you will be the key player connecting our central HQ Change and communication department with local site communications coordinators across the country. You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and organizational change adoption within our organization in China. The role is responsible for localizing and translating central program communication materials, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to change initiatives for all D365 projects in China. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for creating engaging content, and coordinating end-user training, as needed.

The role also has a coordinating responsibility, for the local communications resources across all Chinese D365 projects. The communications coordinator will often be the link between the central HQ, Change and Communication function and local operational change and communication work on site.

About the job:

Content Creation and Localization:

  • Translate and adapt global communication materials into the local language and culturally relevant content for the audience.
  • Develop engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, internal communications and project specific communications as needed.
  • Facilitate training sessions; Safeguard the common content and look & feel in user trainings, if needed coordinate venues/trainers, ensure correct follow up etc

Coordination of Communication and change effort in Chinese D365 projects

  • The role works closely with the local D365 project manager for the China tranche. Together they are responsible for driving and creating the right level of communication and training activities to ensure a successful adoption of the new system
  • Facilitate cooperation between the local sites regarding messaging, training and feedback. Coordination of cross China activities will lie with this role.
  • Support local change coordinators with relevant material, translations and planning as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure local commitment and change management.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and feedback with general and tailored communication.


Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain high standards of quality in all print and electronic communications.
  • Safeguard consistency of messaging across the different projects/sites and across channels.
  • Ensure high quality translations of central materials.

What you know:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience in change management, communication, or project coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with D365 or other enterprise software implementations is meriting.
