About the job
As a Field Service Engineer you are the driving force behind innovative solutions in our High-Speed Separator and Decanter (HSS and DEC) business unit. You engage directly with customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and offer tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability. Your role is dynamic and impactful, involving market analysis, strategic sales planning, and hands-on customer interactions. By leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen, you help clients achieve their goals while contributing to a greener future.

Who you are
You are a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a genuine curiosity for business development, leveraging market and data analysis to identify new opportunities. With a strong digital mindset and a focus on creating value beyond product sales, you are a challenging and results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, energy, and drive.
What you know
You are a professional with an associate’s degree or FP in Industrial Engineering or a related field, bringing at least two years of demonstrated experience. Ideally based in the Madrid area (though other locations will be considered), you are available to travel throughout Spain and Portugal. Knowledge of heat exchangers and separation technology is a plus. You are fluent in Spanish, and proficiency in Portuguese and/or English is highly valued.
