About the Job
We are looking for a Strategic Finance Business Partner to join our finance team in Kolding, who doesn’t just follow the plan but creates it. Here, you’ll have the space to use your experience and to grow even further. You will play an important part in shaping financial performance, supporting decision-making, and collaborating with teams across the organization. You will work closely with the Factory manager, unit managers, operational teams, and other finance colleagues on a global scale.
As Strategic Finance Business Partner you’ll be a key member of the factory’s management team, responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and control to ensure the factory’s profitability and operational efficiency.
You’ll focus on looking forward and making things happen, identifying opportunities to improve processes, supporting smarter ways of working, and helping the business grow.
Your responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted business advisor to the factory management team, providing critical insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
Lead the forecasts, and annual costing update process, with accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Analyze and present financial data across factory, sales, cost centers, and projects to drive transparency and performance.
Deliver clear management reports and KPIs that support actionable, results-driven decisions.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop compelling business cases.
Collaborate with Factory Manager, unit managers, operational teams, and technical leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Utilize digital tools to enhance financial reporting and streamline processes.
Promote best practices, align financial processes across factories globally, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
A strong academic foundation – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, ready to turn theory into impact.
Fluency in Danish and English – you communicate with confidence and build trust across teams.
Hands-on experience in controlling – ideally in a manufacturing environment, where complexity is your comfort zone.
Tech-savvy mindset – skilled in Power BI and Microsoft Office, and eager to turn data into decisions.
D365 experience? Great! If not, you’re curious and quick to learn.
Collaboration is your superpower – you influence decisions and create alignment through strong relationships.
A proactive drive – you challenge the status quo, take initiative, and push boundaries to achieve impactful results.
