Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? We are looking for a Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks while also ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle accounting tasks, including invoice processing, recording bank transactions, and updating financial records in the accounting system
  • Post general ledger entries and process travel expense reports in compliance with internal policies
  • Support monthly financial reporting and assist with account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly VAT returns and Intrastat reports
  • Oversee and manage the entire order processing workflow, ensuring all orders are handled efficiently and in line with company policies and deadlines
  • Collaborate with various teams across the Central Europe region to support shared processes and ensure alignment

Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant qualification or an equivalent degree
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial operations
  • Solid knowledge of Hungarian accounting and taxation regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Fluency in Hungarian and a good command of English; knowledge of Slovak or Czech is an advantage
