About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Commercial Business Partner for Heat Exchanger services within the Service Management Organization of Business Unit Hygienic Fluid Handling. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy being in a responsible position within an organization and respective business unit. This role carries a lot of touch points throughout the customer journey where sales companies & partners require support from commercial business partners.
As our new Commercial Business Partner, you will actively drive, motivate, support and be deeply engaged in selective sales companies’ end-to-end business development of the Service Business. You will develop business plans for new areas of business as well as specific development projects. You will have local and international contacts.
You will report to the head of Global Heat Exchanger Services Business in a fast growing service unit of strategic importance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic, tactical and/or operative business plans based on installed base analysis, market demands and customer needs.
Drive growth through installed base analysis.
Understanding of market demands and customer needs.
International KAM, product, service and application training.
Growth initiative developed in close cooperation with sales companies.
Prioritized customer support for key accounts and major channels.
Close cooperation with colleagues in Service and CS on pricing issues.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden. Global travel is estimated to be 20-30 days a year as well as monthly single-day travels to Denmark (Copenhagen and Kolding).
