About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing specialist for our Business Unit Welded Heat Exchangers (BU WHE) within Alfa Laval's Energy Division. You will define, lead, and execute digital marketing projects within the BU, driving impactful results and fostering strong connections between sales and marketing teams.
This position is located in Lund (Sweden) and will be occasionally required to travel to other Alfa Laval sites mainly to France.
Key responsibilities for this role entail:
· Lead digital marketing programs and campaigns in close collaboration with several business stakeholders and team colleagues.
· Develop and implement channel strategies for digital channels (SEO, SEM, web, social media, email marketing, hybrid sales)
· Measure and analyze campaign and channel performance using analytics tools, continuously optimizing for better results.
· Manage and maintain our public website for BU WHE-related content, ensuring it aligns with our digital strategy.
· Drive our social media editorial strategy and publication and oversee our social media ambassador program.
· Initiate and implement new strategic digital initiatives within the BU, such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and marketing automation strategies.
What you know:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.
· Experience with content management systems both for website and social media, as well as content planning.
· Ability to develop and implement social media, marketing automation and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Semrush, Google and Microsoft Ads, Hotjar, LinkedIn and Meta, Marketo, Adobe Analytics.
· Excellent analytical skills to measure and challenge channel performance.
· Proficient in English both verbally and writing.
