• Managing pipeline, forecasting, and maintaining high quality in CRM follow-up
• Handling tenders, bid management, and pricing processes in line with internal governance
• Supporting customer visits, site surveys, and participating in FAT when relevant
• Ensuring a professional handover from sales to project execution
We are looking for someone with a strong commercial and technical background within the Oil & Gas industry in Norway.
You are comfortable discussing technical topics and understand how to create value for customers through solution-oriented selling, focusing on performance, reliability, and lifecycle value.
You also bring the following:

• Experience with tender processes, bid management, and commercial follow-up
• Ability to engage in technical discussions (process understanding, P&IDs, operating conditions)
• Fluency in Norwegian is required, along with good English skills, both written and spoken
Who are you?
You are motivated by achieving results and enjoy working closely with customers over time. You build trust through strong communication skills and a professional approach, while also working in a structured and independent way.
To succeed in this role, you are:
• Commercially driven and results-oriented
• A strong relationship builder
• Proactive and self-driven
• Structured and able to manage multiple processes in parallel
• Analytical with a good business understanding
• Act with high integrity and a strong focus on HSE
