Main purpose of this job:

Responsible for analyzing and presenting financial information for the region; Budget and Forecast; Sales controlling; Cost center controlling; financial and sales data warehouse support. The core analytical engine of the team and owner of some FC and Analytics tools, this role is responsible for querying data, building interactive reports, ensuring data integrity, and finding actionable insights to support daily and monthly Financial and Business Operations.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

In this job the Financial Data Analytics and Control MESEA will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and Service operations Costing Update.
  • Maintain and develop Analytics and FC tools, including sales and financial databases.
  • Perform regular analysis of business performance and variances in MESEA region.
  • including cost analysis and maintenance of cost allocation.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from business units and other users of financial data.
  • Contribution to monthly and year end closings.
  • Ensure a second level of quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Quarterly and year-end local and ad hoc data for corporate management.
  • Extract, clean, and transform financial data from various internal systems and databases.
  •  Build, maintain, and optimize self-service dashboards for finance stakeholders, and resolve data mapping issues between source systems and the
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering to resolve data quality issues and improve data pipelines
  • Supporting data literacy by acting as a data ambassador to help stakeholders self-serve.
  • Continuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers

Your background

  • BA, preferably master’s degree
  • Technical proficiency managing databases, data analytics tools and some programming.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with databases and analytical
  • Strong understanding of and experience working with businesses and financial data flows and processes.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines with high data quality.
  • Business Acumen
  • Excellent problem‑solving. Communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and support
