Key tasks:

• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling the accounts within area of responsibility
• Maintaining accurate accounting within area of responsibility to be in line with accounting principles and reporting schedules.
• Leading the monthly accounting closure related to GL ledger and ensure local and group reporting submission on time
• Prepare for monthly general accrual/amortization/provision entry base on business requirement.
• Maintaining B/S account reconciliation and details to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• All kinds of tax declaration and government reporting submission (such as monthly VAT declaration, annual CIT filing, annual declaration, etc.,)
• Assist in statutory audit with external auditor and ensure full compliance
• Arrange fixed assets and inventory physical counting.
• Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes (e.g. Group Finance and Controlling team).
• Contribute to Continuous Improvements within area of responsibility.
• Ad hoc tasks / projects assigned by reported manager

Qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years working experience in related area, at least 3 years full-time working experience in Reporting & GL field
• Be familiar with PRC & IFRS GAAP
• Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills including advanced Excel/PPT/BI knowledge
• Personal qualities of maturity, confidence, honesty, reliability and integrity, coupled with the ability to work under pressure.
• High level of energy and ability to energize others, openness and passion for improving processes
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across distances, to multiple functions, and to different levels
• Familiar with Dynmics365 is preferred.
