Key tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage claim management process.
• Follow up on claim and quality situation by making statistics, analysis and creating claim and quality reports
• Drive and manage quality improvement projects/activities.
• Contribute to improve products quality through claims management.
• Coordinate and distribute received claims to the relevant problem solvers
• Gatekeep and govern the data quality in ACT system
• Driver of follow-up meetings
• Govern data quality in ACT
• Claim handling process governance
• Continuous improvement to way of working and systems
• Supporting and training new participants in the claim process
• Escalation of critical claims
• Reporting on tendencies and ongoing claims
