Background
Alfa Laval Nordic is responsible for sales and service across the Nordic countries, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Alfa Laval Nordic is our 3rd largest sales company globally. We employ around 240 employees in Alfa Laval Nordic. We are organised by regions, with Alfa Laval Nordic, being part of the Northern Europe region.

About the job
You will be the HR Business Partner for the Nordic sales company and will be part of the management team ensuring the people agenda is a top priority. You are responsible for the development of the HR strategy, derived from our global and local corporate strategy. Alfa Laval Nordic is striving for world-class performance across the business, and you will be a key player in supporting us to achieve our ambitious growth targets. In addition to this you will work across the Northern Europe region with your HR peers, working efficiently as an HR team to support the region and grow our business.
This role reports to the Northern Europe Regional President and Managing Director Nordic, Patricio Lezica. The role can be based in Denmark or Sweden.
Who you are
You are an established HR business partner with a well-filled HR toolbox. Your working style is characterized by pragmatic solutions, always keeping the big picture in mind. You work at pace to deliver results that drive business change and transformation. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you also to communicate clearly, concisely and you will role model our company values whilst supporting our leaders to do the same.
As an HR leader, you are clear and visible in the organization, and you engage and empower managers to attract, retain and develop talent for our growing business. You understand how to lead and manage in an agile style supporting a fast changing transforming business.
What you know
You have been in HR leadership positions and have experience in driving talent to unlock employees' potential as well as supporting to develop high performing teams. You have a proven track record as a manager of HR professionals and working in a matrix organisation.
You have the ability to collaborate and get things done in a culturally diverse environment. You have led a business through transformation ensuring you keep your people agenda at the forefront.
