1. FSE Lead Conversion & Opportunity Management

  • Own end-to-end handling of FSE-generated leads from qualification to order closure.
  • Segregate leads based on customer type (key, regular, non-buying) and transaction complexity (standard / non-standard).
  • Convert qualified leads into CRM opportunities, prepare quotations, follow up, and close orders.
  • Act as the single point of contact between FSEs, customers, and internal teams.

2. Transactions in Lost Accounts

  • Handle service and spares transactions for lost / inactive accounts ( as per list provided)
  • Re-engage customers through pricing, turnaround time, and technical clarification.
  • Convert lost account enquiries into first-time or repeat orders, supporting account revival.

3. Service Patrols – Process Industry Accounts

  • Support planned service patrols in process industry customers (Refinery, Power, Chemical, etc.) along with Area Sales Managers by analysing the data and supporting in actions execution.
  • Ensure timely submission and structured follow-up of patrol-related offers through Area Sales Managers .

4. Expediting Non-Standard Jobs (Cross-Functional)

  • Actively expedite non-standard jobs through coordination with:
    • CSS
    • Service Centers
    • Technical / Engineering
    • Supply Chain
  • Track critical milestones and proactively resolve bottlenecks to meet customer timelines.

Special physical, psychological and work life balance demands of the role

Market is very dynamic and has strong demands from customer for faster solutions and deliveries. It requires the manager to be alert to the market conditions and closely coordinate with all stake holders.

Travelling is essential, as the manager is responsible for covering a wide geographical region

Maximum time needs to be spent at the customer’s end.

Should be able to withstand work pressures.
