About The Job
Support the sales process by nurturing leads, preparing value-driven technical quotations, and engaging with customers primarily through inside sales activities. Ensure customer needs are understood and met, and provide advanced technical support during quotations.
Job Description
Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services.
Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders.
Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services.
Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
What You Know
A technical or mechanical degree is not required, but will be considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Agile and able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
Diligent and detail-oriented.
Loyal and committed to the team’s success.
Capable of working effectively under pressure.
Will support the sales team and be an active team member.
Ambitious, with the potential and desire to advance to higher roles within the organization.
