• Perform audits according to ALPS: DSB audit, SOP audit, 5S audit, safety audit etc.

• Coordinate with OD PM, tool factory, R&D to solve problems during NPD project or investment projects

与OD项目经理,模具工厂或总部研发部门协作解决新产品导入项目或投资项目过程中的问题

• Purchase and manage indirect material, control own cost account

负责采购和管理非直接材料，控制各自团队的费用预算

• Implement ISO, ASME, Nuclear management system in the factory.

履行ISO，ASME，核级产品制造质量管理体系中规定的相关职责

What you know:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience

理工科本科学历或等同经历

• Relevant Leadership and management experience

相关领导/管理的技能和经验

• Above 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company

五年以上年生产制造业工作经验

• Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus

有持续改善的经验，例如5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.GB认证尤佳

• Project work experience is plus

有项目管理经验尤佳
