The position / About the Job:

In this job the Production Support Engineer – HFH would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• New Product Development activity and planning
• Participate or drive defined projects, as Team Member
• Machine RFQ, installation and commissioning planning with close collaboration Engineering & maintenance.
• Develop jigs, fixtures, tools, & maintenance.
• Designing and implementing production flows & own methods 
• Identify and visit to suppliers for development of machines, Jig/Fixtures, measurement facilities and tools.
• Review, modify and evaluate the existing process design. Use this knowledge for performing process          qualifications at defined frequency.
• Implement corrective & preventive actions based on customer complaints, feedback, and internal inputs.
• Plan Internal process audits and periodic reviews to meet overall Quality Standards as per organization's objectives.
• Preparation and maintenance of EHS, OHS and QMS: Control documents as per ISO
• Plan and coordinate with External auditors for factory audits, process audits, system audits, etc.
• Monitoring consumption of material.
• Capacity Enhancement: Plan and achieve the capacity improvement target based on CapEx.
• Know how about TPM and its documentation.
• Preparation and monitoring of Asset list, Installation and commissioning of assets and control documents of assets.
• Preparation and monitoring of PPAP, PFC, PFMEA and control plan as per ISO standards.
• Maintaining documents as per ISO standards.
• Computer knowledge: Basic, AUTOCAD, Solid work etc.
• Participate in board meetings in production.
• Secure stability in productions flows.
• Work with problem solving and improvements in the cells.
• Secure correct master data (drawings, BOMs and routings).
• Can be part of projects as team member.
• Secure maintenance plans for equipment at lowest possible costs.
• Focus on preventive maintenance/TPM.
• Instruct & coach the operators & Production TM on how to “take care” of the equipment.
• Ensure that equipment complies with process specifications.

What you can be?

Qualifications & experience:

B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Process Engineering/ Industrial Engineering with 5-6 years excellence at Process & Methods engineering to have mistake proof, efficient and user-friendly processes, developing teamwork approach. Prefer candidate having knowledge in Tool room, Forming, Sheet metal, Machining, Assembly.
