Who you are:

• 根据 HFH PG 战略，在生产线开发并部署自动化，并确保技术解决方案的完善，包括可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）、机器人、传感器等

Develop and deploy automation in production according to the HFH PG strategy, and secure the technical solution including PLC, robotics, sensors, etc 

• 负责协调并推进新的本地项目，同时负责流程的开发与改进

Be responsible for coordinating and promoting the new local projects, as well as for process development and improvement

About the job:

• 制定 HFH 生产流程的自动化方案，并联系合格的供应商参与设计工作

Plan for the automation of the production process in HFH and contact the qualified supplier to participate in design

• 协助维修部门管理所有机器的自动控制系统

Support maintenance dept to manage automatic control system for all machine 

• 能独立完成工厂内所有设备的PLC硬件软件通讯方式统计，并完善和补全所有需要的驱动和通讯线缆

Complete the communication hardware & software for all the PLC or other related machines

• 能独立完成PLC CPU或模块/HMI换新的基本操作，并能够指导技术员完成

Can replace the PLC/HMI modules alone, can train technician to finish kind of issue

• 能独立完成工厂各种类型的PLC/HMI程序的备份

Make a program backup plan & backup all programs 

• 建立工厂的程序版本管理体系，对程序的变更进行版本管理并建立程序变更日志

Setup a program version control system with or without software, setup program modification log for tracing 

• 为新设备项目中的自动化控制部分提供技术支持并参与设备的验收和交付；

Provide technical support on automation control system implementation, commissioning and startup for new equipment project

• 参照总部的规范制定工厂新设备引进项目，老设备改造项目的电气/自动化技术规范和技术协议，并进行国产化修正。

Setup the electrical/automation technical standard according to global technical guide lines, and make localizaiton

• 项目初期有能力参照ISO13849/IEC62061独立完成电气安全系统风险评估和安全等级及安全设计审核

Can finish the safety risk analysis according to ISO13849/IEC62061 for new project. Finish the electrical safety audit of projects

• 独立完成项目电气图纸的审核，独立完成PLC和HMI程序的审核

Finish the electrical drawing audit, PLC program audit, HMI programming audit 

• 在项目过程中要考虑备件和工厂库存的统一，同时要考虑备件的生命周期

Spare parts management in project, in the meantime consider about the life-span of spare parts

• 在项目经理的帮助下，监督供应商现场的电气安装并参照技术规范进行整改及验收

Finish the FAT/SAT of project electrical/automation according to technical guide lines 

• 协助设备工程师实施良好的预防保养计划, 以消除设备的隐患;

Assist maintenance dept to implement the planned maintenance, eliminating the hidden trouble in time

• 指导和提高电气维护人员的技能;

Guide and train electricians to improve their job skills

• 定期分析设备维护情况，给出维持良好合理电气备件库存的建议;

Analyse status of the equipment regulatory, give suggestions to keep a good status of spare parts

• 对于重复发生的故障有能力利用WHY-WHY 或者5W的方式进行根本原因逻辑分析并跟踪解决。（内部PRP，一点课）

Repeatable issue analysis with tool WHY-WHY/5W to make following up actions & find out the root cause

• 能独立对设备电气自动化部分进行失效模式分析（FMEA），有效的降低设备的故障率，持续改善风险最高的一些故障点

Can finish the failure mode effective analysis for electrical/automation, make CIA on the top 5 issues

• 有熟练的IT技能来处理自动化现场可能遇到的IT问题

Have good IT skills to deal with the automation problem related with IT

• 能独立完成SQL客户端的部署，并能够熟练使用SELECT语句进行数据库查询

Know how to use SQL server & SELECT language

• 能读懂SQL数据库存储过程脚本

Understand SQL server stored procedure

• 能独立完成RAID1操作系统的安装及备份

Can setup & backup RAID1 OS

• 能独立部署小型局域网，并知道如何利用网址转换设备进行公网，私网的跨网互联

Can setup a small private network, know how to use the network address transfer device to build communication between private network & public network

• 有生产执行系统的使用经验

Have MES experience

• 保持和集团技术部门的沟通;

Keep in touch with related engineers in global competence network;

• 负责新产品的引入及相关技术的推广工作，包括试生产与测试，以及在生产过程中各类技术文档的编制（例如物料清单、操作说明、加工卡以及质量规划）

Resopnsible for new products and relative technology introduction including trail production and testing, as well as all kinds of technical documentation compilation when in production(i.e. BOM,  work instruction, processing card, and quality planning

What you know:

• 熟练掌握办公软件和 AutoCAD。熟悉 SolidWorks为佳

Proficient in office and AutoCAD. SolidWorks is Plus

• 能够使用 ALPS 工具分析和解决问题

Analyse and solve problems by using ALPS tools.

• 对常见的自动化生产线组件（传感器、执行器、气动系统、伺服驱动器）有深入的理解和故障排除能力

Strong understanding of and troubleshooting skills for common automation line components (sensors, actuators, pneumatic systems, servo drives).

• 具有扎实的结构化编程经验，能够编写清晰、可维护的代码块（例如，西门子 S7-1200/1500 系列）

Solid experience in structured programming, with the ability to write clear, maintainable code blocks(e.g., Siemens S7-1200/1500 series).

• 有实际操作经验，能够对来自至少一个主要品牌的六轴工业机器人（如发那科、库卡、安波福、安川）进行编程、教学和维护

Hands-on experience in programming, teaching, and maintaining 6-axis industrial robots from at least one major brand (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).

• 具有基于个人电脑的编程/调试经验（例如 C#、VB）者优先，可用于开发简单的测试工具或数据分析脚本

Experience in PC-based programming/debugging (e.g., C#, VB) is a plus, for developing simple testing tools or data analysis scripts.
