About the job
Responsible for managing customer Project to ensure contract fulfillment, including technical, time plan, cost control, resource/supply chain management, site supervision, commissioning and start up.
Job Description
Develop, communicate, and execute operational plans for project completion.
Monitor progress, ensuring adherence to project plans, and proactively control costs to prevent deviations.
Take decisive action to resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing delays in project timelines.
Identify, develop, and procure necessary resources for project completion.
Collaborate with other operational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions.
Select and oversee activities of external contractors, ensuring seamless integration into the project and maintaining high standards of service.
Supervise on-site project activities, participating in commissioning and start-up processes alongside internal or external service engineers
What You Know
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
2 - 5 years’ project management experience in similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
