Key tasks主要工作职责：

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.

• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and control the cost to avoid deviation.

• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

• Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.

• Liaise with other operational areas in the organization (for example engineering, technical) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.

• Select and manage the activities of, outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

• Project supervise on site and participation on commissioning and start up together with internal or external service engineer.

Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job 岗位所需技能、经验及态度:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering.

2. 8-10 years of relevant working experience, with a focus on project management.

3. Proactive in communication and possess a strong sense of ownership in work.

4. Proficient in office software operation; good command of spoken and written English.

5. Willing to accept business trips.
