About the job
We are now looking for a person that can take our processes and systems to the next level. During 2026 we will start rolling out Siemens Teamcenter and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and to support this we are now looking for an experienced Purchaser (Planner) to assist us through this journey. The role will be alternating operational tasks such as order handling, purchasing and planning but also performing gap analysis on current setup, identifying development potential and setting the new way of working. The project will be supported by Alfa Laval's central ERP team as well as a cross functional team made up of members in the closest three factories within Business Unit Decanters. Key tasks:
Purchasing execution – assist purchaser in daily activities
Follow up on purchase orders (order confirmation, actual delivery time, problem solving, communication)
Secure correct and updated documentation(certificates) in supplier database
Review needs for raw materials for production based on production schedule
Work with purchasing manager on supplier agreements and/or processes considering optimal total cost, risk exposure, product mix
Validate data on all material item numbers in current ERP system (C5)
Update supplier information in existing system
Ensuring high data quality from system through Siemens Teamcenter to Microsoft Dynamics 365
The position is a fixed term assignment for an 18-month period starting as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to get into the greater Alfa Laval Group and since Alfa Laval Nakskov is on a growth path we hope to be able to offer permanent positions before the end of the assignment. The position is located at our site in Nakskov, but we offer the opportunity to work from home or our Søborg office 1-2 days a week.
What you know
We believe that you have at least a couple of years in a role doing order handling or purchasing and that you are used to working in an ERP system environment and a strong user in the Microsoft office suite. You master spoken and written English at the negotiation level.

You balance cost, quality, and timelines in procurement decisions while building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Structured and results-driven, you take ownership, drive improvements, and collaborate across teams to create real impact.
