What you will do:


• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing Service Centre team, fostering a customer-oriented and collaborative culture.


• Oversee daily operations of the Service Centre, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and timely delivery of service jobs.


• Ensure all repair, maintenance, and refurbishment activities meet Alfa Laval standards and customer expectations.


• Monitor and optimize capacity, productivity, and utilization of people, equipment, and facilities.


• Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and digital solutions to drive operational excellence.


• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiency, and waste reduction.


• Support and lead local transformation and continuous improvement projects in alignment with Oceania and global strategies.


• Work closely with the Service Operations Manager - NZ and other Team Managers to ensure seamless service delivery and resource sharing across the region.


• Liaise with Coordination, Field Service, Sales, Customer Support Centre, and other internal stakeholders to support customer needs and business objectives.


• Support proactive service sales and lead generation in collaboration with relevant teams.



What you Possess:


• Proven leadership experience in a technical or service centre environment.


• Strong people management, coaching, and development skills.


• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering, repair processes, and quality standards.


• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
