In my current role as a global Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I collaborate with different business units to address business challenges using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Collaboration is essential for me as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Working across departments breaks down silos, fosters teamwork, and enables joint problem-solving.

I think it’s great to make people more aware of where we’re headed. I can contribute by streamlining processes, improving quality, and driving efficiency.
