Background
Alfa Laval is looking for a Change and Communications Specialist joining the Group Digital foundational area OneERP; a newly established organization to consolidate and focus all ERP related activities with clear mandates and responsibilities to create a solid and scalable transactional ERP foundation to support the strategic direction of Alfa Laval.
OneERP will develop, accelerate rollouts of D365 and manage one common effective and efficient ERP platform based on standardization of transactional processes for all business in Alfa Laval.

About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Change and Communications Specialist to drive key initiatives within the OneERP organization. The ideal candidate excels at distilling complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives, crafting impactful storylines around organizational change management, and executing effective communication strategies. This role involves collaborating with the permanent central internal communications team while also supporting organizational change management and communication efforts for the ongoing global D365 rollout projects. The environment is fast paced, with shifting priorities that make each day unique and challenging.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with both global and local teams to navigate multiple shifting timelines, requests, and deliverables. You have a talent for simplifying the complex—explaining technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and easily understood written format. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail enable you to identify challenges and deliver practical, innovative solutions. In fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, you remain composed and flexible, adapting effortlessly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. You’re a natural communicator with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences, whether facilitating meetings, leading workshops, or crafting compelling messaging.
What you know
You hold a bachelor´s or master’s degree in communication or related field. As a person, you possess exceptional skills in writing, editing, and oral communication, paired with a talent for strategic communications planning. We trust you bring valuable experience and knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Your proficiency with intranet platforms and other communication tools enables you to effectively deliver engaging and impactful messages across various channels. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role, as all materials are produced in English. Additionally, proficiency in other languages is a welcome asset, further enhancing your ability to connect with global audiences.
