We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Order Processing assistant to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department with basic accounting tasks and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Execute and guard the complete order process to make sure that the administrative progress is in time and correct
  • Execute purchasing process for the projects
  • Cooperate across Central Europe region

Accounting Tasks:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices and recording transactions in the accounting system
  • Maintain and update journals and ensure travel expenses are processed accurately
  • Prepare and generate monthly local financial reports

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or associate or bachelor’s degree in finance
  • Experience in finance, order processing, or customer support in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of Hungarian accounting and tax regulations.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Fluency in Hungarian and a good command of English
