About the job:
·Strengthen Alfa Laval’s Market Leadership in Data Center, assist BU/TL to execute strategies to achieve sales targets outlined in the Data Center Sales Plan.
·Identify and capitalize on Data center sales opportunities/new customers and emerging tech trends, analyze customer product lines to map sales potential and build project pipelines.
·Expand local channel key account engagement, grow business with assigned CDU customers and increase customer share%, position Alfa Laval as the preferred partner for customers’ R&D, supply chain, and procurement teams.
·Develop partnerships with data center owners, operators, and end users (e.g., ByteDance, Alibaba, GDS) to foster Strategic Relationships
·Collaborate & Partner with the Marketing team to promote products/applications through seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and forums.
·Coordinate with the Central Segment Application Team to facilitate smooth prototype tests at CDU customer sites.
·Monitor competitive intelligence to track competitor activities, including new products and pricing strategies in the DC market.
·Other existing industry business follow-up if need
·Lead supply, credit, AR, and claim management for customers as sales role with support from OH (Sales Center).
·Deliver on targets, achieve agreed volume and revenue goals.
What you know:
Knowledge:
·Air conditioning & Refrigeration engineering bachelor or master.
Experience:
·3-5 years OEM manufactures sales experience
·Better have work experience in data center business
Skills:
·`Fluent written and spoken English (required).
·At least familiar with chiller or refrigeration system design & assembly process
·Better to have R&D or engineering experience with chiller or refrigeration system design & assembly process, and have experience in leading & closing at least one chiller or refrigeration project
·Communication and convincing people
Attitude:
·Self-motivated
·`Passion in sales job
·Detail-oriented and structured approach.
·Ability to remain calm and maintain a stable performance under pressure.
·Proactive and committed to project deliverables.
·Customer-orientation and effective communication.
