Currently Alfa Laval Kraków is looking Logistic Business Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining and updating transport rates in the system. Company address ul. Zawiła 56, 30 -390 Kraków.
Our Expectations
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Experience with logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, or ERP systems) is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in billing, pricing, or related administrative roles – preferably within international business, would be an asset
- Excellent qualifications in English – spoken and written
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and provide practical solutions promptly
Your Responsibilities
- Update and maintain transport rates, contracts, and pricing structures in the billing system, ensuring alignment with company policies and agreements
- Validate billing data to identify any inconsistencies, missing information, or system errors that could impact pricing accuracy
- Assist with customer inquiries related to billing, providing clear explanations of charges and check ad-hoc costs with freight forwarders
- Work closely with Global Transport, sales, and operations teams to stay updated on rate changes, new customer agreements, and project details impacting billing
- Continuously assess billing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors
- Manage Microsoft Azure DevOps assign Features, User stories, and Tasks and actively participate in Daily Stand-up meetings
- Initiate, manage, and support problem-solving, improvements, and activities
- Analyze, create, and maintain process documentation. Secure standardized work & SOP
- Participate in ALPS / Lean Six Sigma / 5S and other Operations initiatives within the unit
- Conduct other tasks and instructions related to the ALPS Supply chain assigned by the manager
