About The Job
Alfa Laval is building its Industrial Flow business to shape the next generation of industrial fluid handling solutions. Today, the portfolio is anchored in proven technologies but needs to be expanded to meet the demands of industrial applications. Industrial Flow now offers a unique opportunity to join a growth journey with a start-up mindset, backed by the scale and expertise of Alfa Laval. In this role, you drive the commercial execution of Alfa Laval’s Industrial Flow business together with our sales companies around the world. You support sales plans, secure customer pull, strengthen partner setups, and position the Industrial Flow offering in the market. Through joint customer activities and close follow-up, you enable sales companies to convert strategy into concrete sales results while feeding market insights back into the organization. Your key tasks will be to:
Drive sales growth together with sales companies across selected regions.
Co-create, execute, and follow up on sales plans with key sales companies.
Support sales companies in developing end-user pull and positioning Industrial Flow solutions.
Support partner agreements and commercial setups with local organizations.
Join sales company colleagues in customer meetings and presentations of Alfa Laval’s offering.
Capture market insights and customer feedback and bring them into the Alfa Laval organization.
At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position is at our Lund office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 30 – 40 days per year.
What You Know
Minimum 3+ years of experience from process engineering in the industrial food industry or similar sectors, or experience working with sales of industrial equipment.
A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar) is advantageous.
Understanding of industrial processes and customer applications.
Experience working with sales organizations, partners, or commercial development in a B2B environment.
Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value and commercial opportunities.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
