Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Day-to-day, you’ll take responsibility for the Business Unit reporting preparation on a monthly, quarterly and forecast period basis
Prepare and make relevant variance analyses of P&L and balance sheet on a monthly/quarterly basis and for forecast
Make detailed margin analysis as well as pricing analysis
Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes (personnel within Local Finance)
Contribute to Continuous Improvements within area of responsibility.
Analyse S&A costs of sales companies and of the business unit
Take the lead on developing, simplifying and automating reports and processes in Power BI / power Query / Excel
Can drive larger continuous improvement and change project
Your Experience & Skills:
Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields
Fluent English is a must, French nice to have
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in General Ledger/ F&PA area
Practical knowledge of accounting processes and rules
Power BI required / Power Query is a plus
Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting and resolving problems
Have excellent communication and numeric skills with good attention to detail
Have the ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change
Should have working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
Travel : some business travels may be required to Grenoble, France mainly but not exhaustive.
