Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day, you’ll take responsibility for the Business Unit reporting preparation on a monthly, quarterly and forecast period basis

• Prepare and make relevant variance analyses of P&L and balance sheet on a monthly/quarterly basis and for forecast

• Make detailed margin analysis as well as pricing analysis

• Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes (personnel within Local Finance)

• Contribute to Continuous Improvements within area of responsibility.

• Analyse S&A costs of sales companies and of the business unit

• Take the lead on developing, simplifying and automating reports and processes in Power BI / power Query / Excel

• Can drive larger continuous improvement and change project

Your Experience & Skills:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields

• Fluent English is a must, French nice to have

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in General Ledger/ F&PA area

• Practical knowledge of accounting processes and rules

• Power BI required / Power Query is a plus

• Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting and resolving problems

• Have excellent communication and numeric skills with good attention to detail

• Have the ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change

• Should have working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel

• Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude

• Travel : some business travels may be required to Grenoble, France mainly but not exhaustive.
