Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)

Responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling Standard & Complex Orders throughout the order to cash process (from customer order to Invoicing) and keep the customers updated on deliveries.

Responsible for the activation of the internal processes for the order execution.

• Manage the order to cash process for Standard & Complex Orders, from the order acceptance to invoicing (Order fulfillment, Ordering Equipment, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order Shipping and Customer Invoicing).

• Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date.

• Management of the Zero-Tax docs.

• Backlog and WIP maintenance.

• Claims administration. 

Requirements / Qualification

• Min. 2~3 years’ experience in order handling process for Marine business

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order entry, processing, and fulfillment.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of orders efficiently

• Strong proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, iScala, E-tax invoice).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.

• Preferred to have University graduate or equivalent.

• Intermediate level in written and spoken English

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
