About the job
- Make item requirements on continuation/copy orders.
- Make item requirements on vessel 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.
- Coordinate updates across projects (e.g. If changing supplier, a new design is released through ECP etc.)
- Make class letters, collect class documentation and submit documentation to class approval for pressure vessels (Boilers. TFO, steam drums etc.). Follow up approval process and schedule with class societies.
- Support on planning and arranging integration of new ways of working together with functional leaders.
- Internal communication to relevant stakeholders and collaboration between departments.
- Help engineers create new supporting tools, work descriptions etc.
- Support on task planning (keep structure).
- Support Project Engineers on various tasks.
- Coordinate collaboration tasks between Engineers and Factory.
- Ad hoc tasks to support.
What you know
- Your educational background could be technical or administrative. Previous job like administrator, project support, project assistant or engineering assistant should be supporting in this position.
- You are skilled in using ERP systems (preferably Axapta) and good general IT skills
- You are open and you have good communication skills
- You are active, systematic and structured in your work.
- You are team player, and you have ability to co-ordinate between different stakeholders.
- You are flexible and positive to changes
- You drive for results and improvement
- Good English skill both oral and written.
