We are looking for a determined and passionate Field Sales Engineer to be located in Egypt responsible for remotely covering accounts in multi-region and promoting our Evaporation Technologies & Products. As a key member of the sales team, you will build a close relationship with our customers in dealing with technical sales enquiries, producing accurate and competitive quotes and being able to source solutions to meet our customer’s needs.

About the job
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Work with the External & Inside Sales teams to meet and where possible exceed the customer’s
requirements/expectations, which includes:
1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services, specifically Evaporation Systems & Technologies.
2. Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business unit and Food & Pharma division strategy and targets.
3. Look for and manage leads from the market, customers and convert them into real business opportunities means owner of Lead to Cash Process.
4. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services
5. Runs the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools. Build and maintain a sufficient network for customers
6. Understand customer needs and offer solutions with customer values.
7. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
8. Be active member of WIFH Business Unit and Food & Pharma Division with a team spirit mindset.
9. Work proactive and in a structured way to serve customers. Customers comes always at first as per Alfa Laval Service culture.
10. Drive digitalization initiatives to expand presence and customer engagement.
11. Close coordination between Service Department & Service Operations,
You have-
1. Knowledge of Commercial /incoterms
2. Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency
3. You demonstrate Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths
5. You have an ability to express ideas clearly both in written and verbal formats
6. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillset
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills
8. Team work and team player
Qualification & Experience
- Mechanical or Chemical Engineering graduate / Diploma holder as Field SaIes Engineer having robust experience of handling quotations and customer communication.
- Minimum 3~5 Years of experience in any similar Food, Pharma and Water Industries.
