About the Role

Are you a passionate student looking to make a meaningful impact while completing your thesis? We are excited to offer a Master Thesis opportunity within Alfa Laval. This is a chance to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges and contribute to our organization’s success.

As a Master Thesis student, you will:

• Investigate and support existing technologies, systems, or processes.

• Collaborate with and advise the team, participating in projects within your area of specialization with guidance from experienced colleagues.

• Engage in networks, both within and outside of Alfa Laval, to strengthen our capabilities in your specialist area.

• Participate in regular competence meetings to share knowledge and gain insights from other experts.

• Use and promote tools, methods, and best practices related to your area of study.

This opportunity will allow you to work on meaningful tasks, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact while completing your academic work.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who:

• Is pursuing a master’s degree in industrial engineering & management

• Has a strong interest in research, technology, and/or systems development.

• Is solution-oriented, collaborative, and eager to take initiative.

• Communicates effectively and enjoys working in a team as well as independently.

Experience with tools or methods related to your field of study is a plus, but your drive and willingness to learn are most important.
