What you know:

The person shall act as a part of the OD-Organisation and will have local solid reference and dotted reference to Operations Development Manager.

The content of the position and the requirement to the person taking up this position is:

• Be a proactive and independent OD employee located in TAO.
• Be the main entrance for OD Aalborg into TAO factory, so that OD Aalborg always has a solid interface to TAO. OD Aalborg will often need to have information from TAO on various topics. The person shall help retrieving this information from TAO.
• For some specific project, this person will be appointed as the project manager, having the full responsibility for the project
• This position will imply intensive involvement with R&D in BU HGS. Therefore, this person must be ready to accept frequent request on products, manufacturing, prices etc.
• For each NPD and EPD project we will set up a strong team in TAO for the specific product in question. The task of this group will be to
  • Review and comment on design proposal coming from R&D in Aalborg, Nijmegen or Tumba
  • Review and suggest manufacturing possibilities
  • Give suggestions to optimised layout
  • Implement layout

The person taking up this position will – supported by OD Aalborg - lead and drive some of these teams

• Participation in and driving relevant project (internal and external) on manufacturing development and technology development relevant for TAO
• We will have frequent technology alignment meetings between TAO and OD Aalborg. This person must run and facilitate these meetings
• The person taking this position must generate an overview of relevant OD activities going on in TAO. This can be internal optimisation projects on layout, processes and hour reduction.
• We will need to have an overview of planned investments in TAO. The person taking up this position will be responsible for generating this overview and feed it back to OD Aalborg
• Daily, there will be product specific questions coming from Aalborg. These questions will be directed to this position.
