Framo is looking for a motivated Team Leader Warehouse to enhance the quality, efficiency, and organization of our warehouse operations.

Your Role

As Team Leader Warehouse, you will act as an operational leader, you will oversee and coordinate warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will report directly to the Spare Parts Manager and empower your team by providing the tools, training, and motivation they need to excel. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock control and timely transportation arrangements.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team, driving performance, fostering professional growth, and building a strong team culture.
• Actively collaborates with other Team Leaders to achieve the common Framo goal
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Ensure the organization and optimization of warehouse space, processes, and workflows.
• Ensure all team members have the necessary tools, training, certifications, and qualifications to perform their roles effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
• Foster and maintain a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and integrating safety practices into the Quality Management System (QMS).

About You:

You are a proactive leader who leads by example, inspires your team, and takes pride in delivering operational excellence. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities enable you to optimize warehouse processes while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

What You Bring

• MBO/HBO level of education or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a technical field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse operations.
• The ability to inspire, guide, and motivate team members to achieve outstanding results.
• Strong communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• A safety- and quality-first mindset, ensuring that high standards are consistently upheld.
