We are on the lookout for a dynamic Campaigns & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing Department in Warsaw.

As Campaigns & Communications Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our localization efforts, ensuring that our message resonates with audiences. Your mission? To create engaging content, implement effective local marketing campaigns, and align our efforts with key business priorities.

This fixed-term contract is valid until June 30, 2026

Who You Are

You are a creative, self-driven enthusiast for marketing communication, and responsible team player. You have good communications skills and can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You naturally try to understand the customer so well that you can exceed the expectations. You are result oriented, have global mindset and a strong drive to make an impact on the future of our company.


What do we expect from you?

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communication
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, from concept to implementation to analysis
  • Experience in utilizing digital marketing tools (Marketo, Sprinklr)
  • Experience in events management
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Native Polish, Fluency in written and spoken English

Your Key Tasks

  • Develop and implement an omnichannel content strategy and communication plan based on business priorities for the PUB Sales Company, with a primary focus on Poland.
  • Take ownership of omnichannel campaigns—from shaping the initial concept to driving execution and measuring impact.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand business objectives and propose relevant content and campaigns within a structured communication activity plan.
  • Work closely with the cluster marketing team across Eastern Europe to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and a unified brand voice.
  • Lead the localization and adaptation of centrally developed campaigns and content across multiple channels, including websites, emailings, newsletters, and social media.
  • Organize and manage events (trade and partners events) in alignment with local marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the content and communication activity calendar and manage the related budget.
  • Supervise the writing, translation, editing, and proofreading of promotional materials derived from global initiatives.
