The Real Estate Manager – GC Sales Company is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering real-estate-related projects and workplace initiatives that support the business needs of the China Sales Company.
This role will act as the dedicated Real Estate interface for the Sales Company including service center, covering office portfolio planning, lease-related coordination, workplace upgrades, customer-facing space improvements, service center improvements ,and selected brand- and business-related physical implementations.
The role is expected to ensure that sales-company-related real estate activities in China are managed in a professional, structured, and business-oriented way, with stronger governance, better cost transparency, and clearer ownership across stakeholders.
1.Sales Company Real Estate Interface
Act as the dedicated Real Estate contact for the China Sales Company on office, workplace, service centers and space-related topics.
Translate business needs into practical real estate solutions, in alignment with function heads and company leadership.
Support China Sales Company leadership in evaluating current and future office/service center needs, including space use, workplace standards, and growth-related requirements.
2. Office Portfolio and Lease Coordination
Support office lease renewals, office expansion, office consolidation, relocation studies, and related negotiations together with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain visibility of lease-related costs, timelines, landlord interface, and office-related commitments.
Improve transparency of the Sales Company office portfolio, including rent level, lease terms, and key obligations.
3. Project Management and Workplace Delivery
Lead or coordinate office fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, and workplace improvement projects for the Sales Company.
Manage project scope, timeline, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment from concept through implementation.
Ensure timely execution while balancing business requirements, cost discipline, and delivery quality.
4. Brand and Customer-Facing Space Support
Support the implementation of physical brand elements in office and customer-facing environments, in alignment with Group Real Estate, Communications, and local stakeholders.
Coordinate selected projects related to reception areas, showroom corners, meeting environments, signage, and other visible site identity elements.
Help ensure that customer-facing spaces support brand consistency and a professional business image.
5. Governance and Cross-Functional Coordination
Support the establishment of governance for sales-company-related office and workplace matters.
Drive documentation, decision-making, and sign-off processes for sales-company-related projects and changes.
6. Budget, Cost, and Vendor Management
Support budget preparation, cost tracking for office and workplace projects.
Coordinate with Procurement and vendors on tendering, quotations, commercial comparison, and execution follow-up.
Ensure that external consultants, designers, landlords, and contractors deliver according to agreed scope and standards.
7. Strategic Development Support
Support longer-term planning of the Sales Company real estate footprint in China.
Identify opportunities to improve office effectiveness, workplace attractiveness, customer-hosting quality, and space utilization.
Contribute to discussions on future concepts such as customer-facing space or other business-supporting workplace platforms.
