Your Profile:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer responsible for advising and identifying technical and commercial opportunities that enable our customers to achieve their sustainability goals. Are you a proactive, agile professional, results-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment? Are you interested in gaining exposure to different industrial production processes?

Your responsibilities:

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval’s products and services.
  • Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior, and develop sales plans aligned with the division’s strategy and objectives.
  • Actively engage in the market by conducting customer visits, meetings, and interactions, focusing on understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Provide both technical and commercial advisory to existing and potential customers, identifying improvement opportunities to ensure a continuous workflow.
  • Follow established sales processes to promote and sell Alfa Laval products.
  • Work proactively and in a structured manner with the sales team to optimize sales effectiveness.

Your responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
