The Food & Water division is highly international business and we offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment.

The Service Division for the Food & Water Segment is looking for Field Sales Engineer Food and Water Service Division - based in Monza Site for the Italian market.

What about the job

The Candidate will develop and support Sales Business within the Food and Beverage and Waste Water industries specifically in the separation and heat transfer technology.

He/she will be responsible for:

  • Promoting, developing and securing penetration of After Sales solutions on the whole installed base of the region (Italy)
  • Assuring the targets achievements
  • Identifying the customer needs and proposing the proper solutions for Waste Water, Food
  • and Beverage processes
  • Supporting sales activity, visiting customers and propose technical/engineering solution
  • Having the whole ownership of the customers, supporting them in the problem solving processes, be their reference point for critical situation, facilitating the internal processes to exceed the customer expectations
  • Proposing the whole Service Portfolio solutions, to enable the customer success.

What you know

Priority will be given to:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Food)
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in technical Sales, preferably in Waste Water and/or Food process
  • Availability to travel in Italy 50% of working time
  • Driving license and Italian mother tongue (mandatory)
  • Excellent English language competency, verbal and written
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word,, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Work experience in CRM and other sales and technical tools daily use
  • Previous experience in a multinational company
  • Organizational skills, flexibility and dynamism
