About The Job

Execute selected service of our 360º service portfolio on standard products.

Responsibilities:

• Complete ALSOC learnings and assessments as assigned by the mentor.
• Read and digest maintenance manuals and complete learning logs relative to your product exposure.
• Support and learn how to execute maintenance and repairs on standard products at customer sites.
• Complete preparation checklists for the service job to be undertaken.
• Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
• Report unsafe practices, and incidents and work for continuous improvement.
• Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization.
• Proactive recommendation to customers for purchase of spares.
• Execute service in our Service Centers as required.

What You Know

• Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in repairing and maintenance services of industrial machinery/equipment.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Having hands-on experience with heat exchanges, separator, decanter is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work independently and travel frequently within the country.
