Do you enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, working hands-on with advanced technologies, and being the person customers rely on when it matters most?

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Marine Division and support customers across the maritime industry. In this role, you will work directly on-board vessels and at customer sites, ensuring critical equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

What you'll do

• Install, commission, and maintain Alfa Laval equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Train customers on proper equipment use.
• Collaborate with sales on service upgrades.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications & Experience"

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning, or technical support.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, ideally complemented by electrical or automation understanding.
• Experience working with rotating equipment, heat transfer systems, industrial machinery, or marine equipment.
• Experience with high-speed separators, ballast water treatment systems, or plate heat exchangers is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
