In the Sales & Service Value Stream we are responsible for Alfa Laval´s digital solutions supporting end-2-end processes including awareness-lead-quote-order-service execution. Would you like to take a leading role as a manager for our CRM solution within the Sales and Service domain?
About the Job
As manager for the CRM area, your mission is to grow our CRM DevOps organization and to accelerate deliveries. You will be securing the right capacity, competence, mindset and WoW for development and operations of our global D365 CRM solution.
The D365 CRM solutions has been rolled out globally across all sales companies. Our priority is to secure the scalability of the platform and to add new capabilities, while maintaining and operating the existing platform in a professional way. We apply an agile way of working, based on the SAFe framework.
The team currently consists of 13 people, across four countries: Sweden, Poland, Bosnia and India.
We expect the team to grow to at least twice the size, under your lead. You will set the strategic direction together with your peers in other parts of the organization. You will plan, support and oversee the steps needed for a successful and timely delivery.
Who you are
We are looking for a senior manager with strong people skills, experience from leading in a complex environment, who can provide direction and who can coach and set the guard rails for the team so that this group of talented people can deliver at its best.
What you know
You are a senior manager with experience from large scale implementations of CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft CRM. You have a broad knowledge of industry best practice. You bring previous experience from global companies and from agile ways of working. You are an experience leader with excellent team coaching and communication skills. You are used to and enjoy a high tempo at work.
It is required that you have 10+ years of manager experience in the IT domain, at least 5+ year of experience from CRM development, a proven track record of global team building and delivering towards tough timelines
