About The Job

In this position, you will be responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, including complex quotations and advance technical support.

Job Description

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services.
  • Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
  • Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
  • Proactive looking for upselling opportunities and handling the sales target.
  • Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
  • Customer support and proactively sell of Service products.
  • Collaborate with Order Management team and Claims Department when necessary.

What You Know

  • Minimum 3 solid years’ experience in fast-moving components or parts sales and channel sales in related industries.
  • Candidates with after sales experience, and prior experience in service industry will be a plus.
  • Has good local market knowledge and developed impactful strategies in accordance with the business vision and networking.
  • Demonstrated proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties.
  • Always seek to understand the key stakeholders' business challenges and working it through collaboratively together.
  • Has a good mindset of environmental concern and sustainability.
