Who you are

A maintenance professional who ensures operation of company facilities and common equipment. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance. Support in rebuilding and implement new machinery. 
First line support related to machine problem and work with preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans.

About the Job

• Checking and repair equipment with pneumatic, hydraulic pressure and high-tech machines.
• Have a clear picture of the status of the equipment in his charge and initiate the spare parts requisition in advance according to the status of equipment.
• Be responsible for regular maintenance of such equipment as is in his charge, direct the operators in daily maintenance and service of the equipment.
• Check the equipment in charge, timely find problems, check and deal with equipment faults, and eliminate equipment hidden dangers.
• Assist the maintenance related to special equipment (such as crane forklift, pressure vessel).
• Clean tools, preventive maintenance on tools like pressing tools, cutting tools etc.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.
