Our Product & Application Service Specialist Responsible for providing technical solution in complex customer project working together with our sales and service team, direct & indirect, on specific Alfa Laval product or application. 

• Work with existing relations or in complex projects and in what is generated by sales team.
• Lead the technical part of a customer project making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.
• Lead and Support in the complex quotation process in a customer project.
• Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
• Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees, channels and customers.

¿What are we looking for?

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• You have a different academic background? We value technical training in the above-mentioned fields, and detailed experience in similar roles.
• Additional training in technical sales, project management, or technical training will be valued.
• Specialized technical knowledge in heat exchange and separation technologies.
• Experience in product/service sales.

• Experience as a technical trainer or educator.
• Participation in product launch campaigns or technical campaigns.
