About the job
Alfa Laval is undergoing a transformation of its system landscape. During this period, we are looking for a Planning Support Analyst to assist the PDL Supply Chain Planning team with various tasks, including analysis of supply and demand performance and other daily activities to support the spare part business at Alfa Laval.
Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze supply and demand performance metrics, perform root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
•Support daily planning operations and respond to ad-hoc requests to ensure smooth business continuity during the transformation.
•Collaborate with planning, procurement, and other cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Solid understanding of supply and demand planning principles and processes.
•Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to provide actionable insights.
•Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
•Presentation and communication skills
•Teamwork abilities
•Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting change in a dynamic environment.
