Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

Overview

Are you ready to make a tangible impact on the future of finance and operations? We are seeking a dynamic Product Group Controller to join our global supply chain management team. This pivotal role combines responsibility for product group controlling with a leadership of local Kolding controlling activities.

As a key member of our team, you will champion innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and personal growth. You will play a central role in shaping our financial future and driving operational excellence in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate costing updates (budget) for six operations sites as part of the financial wheel.
  • Lead quarterly forecasting processes for all sites.
  • Prepare, analyze, and follow up on Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs) to support supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with and drive local controllers in several countries to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to management.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency in controlling activities.
  • Manage and develop the local finance team (direct management of 5 people), ensuring their skills and roles remain relevant and valuable in a changing financial agenda.
  • Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with primarily internal stakeholders.
  • Performance development tasks: Set objectives, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
  • Support and drive the roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across operations sites, including system implementation and change management.
  • Apply factory financial tools such as standard cost and cost roll in a manufacturing environment.
  • Participate actively in the Operations business Controller network, OBC, with an agenda to drive process alignment and the adoption of common tools across all sites.
