•    Ensure all master/Production BOMs available in system timely to support run MRP and Picking List
•    Maintenance master data in ERP System
•    Provide support to related functions like production, supply chain, OH, Finance etc.

About the job:

Main purpose of the job / Mission:

• Ensure all master/Production BOMs available in system timely to support run MRP and Picking List
• Maintenance master data in ERP System
• Provide support to related functions like production, supply chain, OH, Finance etc.

Key tasks: 

• Monitor all orders are planned, ensure all the BOM in due time.
• Help order handler to select the item number.
• To clarify the comments from Finance department/Order handling to fulfil the target.
• Maintenance master data in ERP system
• Support to improve the process by modifying BOM structure.
• BOM material cost analyzed. 

What you know:

Competence knowledge-skills-attitude-motivation to do the job:

• Knowledge and skills: 
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing Major
• At least 3 years' experience in mechanical industry
• Good skill in understanding production drawing and Microsoft Office software.  
• Good skill in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.  
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience of ERP is preferred.

• Be conscientious and careful, have strong sense of responsibility.
