About the job
Alfa Laval continuously develops solutions to be the #1 partner in Energy efficiency. We are looking for a Project Engineer to develop support of bid & execution of ALF self-cleaning filter business to boost energy efficiency across Energy, Marine & Food industries.
As Project Engineer for ALF filters, you will play a crucial role in adapting the offering to the needs of the customer. You are part of a small team of experienced people responsible for the whole business lifecycle.
In your role, you will be the driving force to manage the pipeline both for capital sales and service and handle improvements.
The position is based in Søborg, Denmark, and reports to the VP of Business Unit GPHE. A limited amount of travelling will be required. In this role you will work closely with the regional sales organizations, BU GPHE service team and Engineering & Supply organization.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Quote support
Work with spare parts & service requests
Be part of project execution team
Drive improvement projects in collaboration with engineering & supply and manufacturing site
Secure high quality of products
Who you are
As a person you are curious, with a genuine interest in engineering and digitalization. You are a good communicator who knows how to work across different functions & organizations and building network required to complete work tasks. Furthermore, you are flexible to keep right balance working autonomously and giving support to the team as well as balancing short and long-term activities.
What you know
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology or engineering. You’re fluent in written and verbal English.
