The employee is responsible for all commercial and technical aspects of the service projects under their management. Their tasks include:
- Planning, preparation, supervision, and administrative handling of all project-based service activities carried out in the Framo workshop (our main workshop, hydraulic workshop, and test stand).
- Reporting on the status and progress of ongoing projects.
- Preparing completed service orders for invoicing.
- Direct communication with customers regarding quotations, project status, and delivery.
Additionally, the employee takes on a coaching and training role, supporting the service team in general and specifically assisting service technicians with inspection tasks on board.
