About the job

Within the Service department will you be responsible for developing and maintaining the service portfolio for our Environmental, Heating & Safety Solutions for our marine equipment.

Your daily tasks are:

• Developing customer-driven service offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product Management to translate customer demands into commercial solutions.
• Acquiring technical and commercial information from relevant OEM’s about maintenance, spare parts and other services. Possibly develop new services together with OEMs.
• Creating marketing documentation and specifications.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure agreements and processes are in place.
• Maintain and improve the profitability of offered service packages.
• Supporting relevant Alfa Laval companies around the world.

Who you are

Customer centricity is in your DNA. You’re good in translating customer requirements into technically and commercially attractive offers. You go the extra mile by supporting the Sales Managers Service in achieving our sales ambitions.

Further, you have:

• Bachelor degree
• At least have 3 years of experience in an international high-tech company.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Creative and structured personality.
• Customer-oriented and commercially sensitive.
• Have a flexible response to customer needs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to drive change
